NewAsk across every meeting you've ever had

Be in the meeting. Not in your notes.

Noted records, transcribes and summarises your calls without a bot in the room — so you can give people your full attention and still leave with every decision.

DecisionQ4 Roadmap Lock

Search slips to late January, after the Brightwater renewal.

Live, as it happens

One hour. Eight voices. One page of notes.

Watch a real planning call get split into speaker lanes, then condensed into decisions and actions — each one linked to the moment it was said.

How it works

From the surface to the source.

Five steps down — from pressing record to asking your whole meeting history a question. Each one keeps the line that proves it.

0 ftm · Record

Share the tab. That's the whole setup.

Zoom, Meet or Teams in any browser tab. No bot joins, nothing is installed, and the share dialog is the consent step.

Eight voices, kept apart.

Every speaker gets a lane and a colour. When people talk over each other it's flagged — not quietly guessed.

Each line of the summary is checked against the transcript before you see it. Anything that can't be verified is dropped — and named.

Question your whole history.

Ask across every meeting you've had. The answer comes back with the call, the speaker and the second it was said.

Did we ever reverse the SSO decision?
Once. SSO was deprioritised on Oct 3, then moved back up on Oct 17 after Brightwater asked twice.

Built for the hard meeting

Two-person calls are easy. We built for eight.

The details that hold up when a room full of people talk over each other for an hour.

Speaker repair

Fix a voice once. It fixes everywhere.

Reassign one misattributed line and every other turn from that voice follows — one correction, not two hundred.

Google Meet

A Record button, inside the call.

The Chrome extension opens the recorder already knowing which meeting you're in.

Privacy

Nothing records until you say so.

No auto-join, no surprise bot. You press record, the browser asks, everyone sees it.

Consent is the share dialog.

Chrome extension · Google Meet

The Record button lives in the call.

No bot joins your meeting and nobody sees a stranger in the participant list. The extension puts one button into Google Meet; pressing it opens the recorder already knowing which call you're in. Chrome's own share dialog is the consent step — everyone on the call sees it.

  1. 01

    Download the extension

A 6 KB zip. Runs only on meet.google.com; the one permission it asks for stores its on/off switch.

  2. 02

    Load it in Chrome

chrome://extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked → pick the unzipped folder.

  3. 03

    Join any Meet

The recorder opens by itself with your calendar rule applied, and a Record button sits in the call bar. Approve the share dialog and Noted takes it from there.

Unpacked install while the Web Store listing is in review. Manifest V3, about 130 lines in total.

Does a bot join my meetings?

No. You share the meeting tab from your browser and the recorder listens to that audio. Nothing appears in the participant list, and nothing records until you press record.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

Anything that runs in a browser tab — Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Whereby. The Chrome extension adds a Record button directly inside Google Meet.

How accurate are the summaries?

Every line of a summary is checked against the transcript before you see it and links to the exact second it came from. If a claim can't be verified, it's dropped and we tell you which one.

What happens when people talk over each other?

Each voice gets its own lane. Overlapping speech is flagged as crosstalk instead of being silently merged, and you can reassign a speaker once to fix every line they said.

Who can see my recordings?

Only you, unless you share a meeting. Recordings and transcripts are tied to your Google account, and you can export or delete them at any time.

Can I export my transcripts?

Yes — Markdown, WebVTT, SRT and JSON, with speakers and timestamps intact, so they drop straight into docs, video editors or your own tools.

Your next call is the first you won't have to remember.

Sign in with Google, press record, and read the notes before you've closed the tab.
